I'm running WinXP with a static IP & the XP firewall disabled. I really don't see any reason why the problem would be on his side. He also disables his software firewall to connect, so he doesn't have to worry about port forwarding.

He's running WinXP with a static IP & the XP firewall disabled. to try & figure it out myself so I wouldn't have to post another topic like everyone else's. I know you guys get this all the time, so I read through all the documentation, other topics, sites, etc. So a friend & I are trying to play online using zSNES netplay.
